Description:

One of San Diego’s most successful commercial real estate organizations is looking for a Financial Analyst. This position is responsible for supporting the company's budgeting and re-forecasting efforts on all properties in the organizations portfolio.
This is a highly visible position and offers an excellent opportunity to work with a talented team.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and cash flow projections, including managing timelines, analysis and consolidation of portfolio information.
- Prepare analysis and summaries of budget information for Executive Management including variance explanations
- Financial statement analysis
- Analysis of leases and related documents
- Financial modeling
- Responsible for ensuring all timelines are met and communication of status and results to management

Minimum Requirements:
- BS Finance, MBA a plus
- 3-5 years finance experience in real estate
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Argus, proficient with Word and Powerpoint
- Experience in real estate financial analysis and modeling
- Understanding of real estate and financial concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
