We have a very small room available immediatly! It has a great walkin closet, carpet, and a window that gives you decent light. You have to be able to stand noise, there is a welding shop right next door that starts at 8am! The house is great! Clean! It has a great garden to sit back and relax in. There are many muni busses just 2 blocks away, and Civic Center muni station is just 3 blocks away. Laundry is just down the street. We clean up after ourselves and respect eachothers space. The roommates you'll be living with is a funny sometimes crazy female and an all to busy gay male, me. We're looking for a MALE , 28 years or older, who has full time employment and that can pay the rent and utilities ON TIME, EVERY MONTH, the most important part. Looking for a non-smoker. We have our own lives, but we enjoy sitting round the table and chatting. This is a home, we are not looking for someone who just sits in their room and never speaks to us.
